To kick off 2026, the Nusa Timor Mandiri Foundation (YNTM) conducted monitoring and evaluation activities for four assisted groups in Faenke Village, North Bikomi District, North Central Timor Regency (TTU).

The four target groups visited in this activity were the Tulusene Farmers Group, the Tafenpah Women's Farmers Group (KWT), the Sejahtera Group, and the Aijao Ken Neno Farmers Group. Monitoring was conducted directly with each group to assess the progress of activities, challenges faced, and potential for further development.

YNTM Manager, Heppy Sastra, explained that monitoring at the beginning of the year is crucial as a basis for developing targeted mentoring programs. "This monitoring is conducted to analyze the real needs of the assisted groups, so that future programs are truly tailored to their conditions and needs," he said.

Through this activity, YNTM hopes to strengthen the role of assisted groups in improving the economic welfare of village communities while ensuring the sustainability of ongoing empowerment programs.

YNTM is committed to continuously supporting its mentored groups through a participatory, sustainable, and locally needs-based approach to achieve independent and empowered village communities. (Roman)
