TRAINING

The Nusa Timor Mandiri Foundation (YNTM) consistently conducts training for its assisted farmer groups as part of its commitment to supporting sustainable agriculture and improving the welfare of farming communities.

YNTM's training covers the production and use of Eco Enzyme, Bio Saka, Bio Wash, liquid NPK, and other environmentally friendly organic products that are easy to make from local ingredients.

The training materials are delivered in a practical and applicable manner, from an introduction to the ingredients, the manufacturing process, to how to use them on farms and in households, so that they can be immediately implemented by the farmer groups.

This training program targets farmer groups in villages and sub-districts in Kupang City, Kupang Regency, and North Central Timor Regency (TTU), particularly farmer groups assisted by the Nusa Timor Mandiri Foundation.

Through this training, YNTM encourages farmers to reduce their dependence on synthetic chemicals, reduce production costs, and sustainably improve soil fertility and agricultural yields.

It is hoped that through this training, farmer groups in various villages and sub-districts will become more independent, competitive, and able to contribute to realizing food security, a green economy, and environmental sustainability in the East Nusa Tenggara region.
